. able to work independently or as a team, be proactive to formulate successful sales tactics to achieve targets set by management.
. motivate and provide support to merchandisers including in-stroe merchandising, negotiating with store mangaers to achieve superior performance for the team.
. need to possess own transport.
. ensure all trade activities comply with the relevant acts, trade standards and corporate business and safety procedures, legal demands.
. plan and co-ordinate with trade markteing and brnad to orgnaise quaretrly takls or brifeing for pharmacists and store managers.
. tiemly and excellent exectuion of trade promtoion mechnaics including new product launches, and promotional campaigns in line with marketing guidelines.
. ensure full distribution of all listed products and be proactive to avoid any out-of-stock situation in-store.
. effectively gather information from the trade, and be proactive to report all competitor\'s activities, customer and consumer complaints.
