this role reports to the regional head of admin and payroll who is also the head of shared services south asia and pacific
job scope:
. devleop & deploy a data integrity system to further improve data quality
. analytical background with high attention to details
, process oriented.performs root-cause analysis and finds resolutions for data quality related problems (pa related or in adp gv)
, identify systemic issues.bachelor\'s degree
. manage sox compliance and reporting for data management - including training for data specialists
. 6 years of experience in hr information systems
. maintains and further adjusts a portfolio of standard reports for the busiensses
. abiilty to commuincate with custmoers to invesitgate best soluitons - abiilty to docmuent procseses for non-exprets
. abiilty to develop and delvier oral and written communications which convey complex information in a simple, easily understandable mannernull. designs & executes custom reports on business request
. sound understanding of data architecture
. computer literate and experience of back end systems/case management tools preferable
. personal integrity when handling confidential information
. develop & execute a training program for data specialists to enhance reporting capabilities of the data management team
. testing and implementation of training for gv users outside hr shared services (hrm)
